No two waves break the same, each seashell is unique, and fingerprints never repeat. Even with all the time in the world to perfect a formula, nature prefers producing beautiful one-offs. Together, we’ll do the same.
Whether it’s for you or a loved one, a specific occasion or simply a celebration of life, I’d love to create a bespoke piece to help you mark it.
Taking inspiration.
You could take inspiration from my other pieces, blending design ideas to create something new. Or you might have a special keepsake you want to incorporate - bark from a particular tree, or a special stone we can use to imprint into the design. Process: The first thing will be to get in touch.
We’ll discuss what you’re looking for your design to capture, the materials you’d like to use, and sizing (if you know it) - as well as budgets and timelines.
Once that’s decided, I’ll create the piece in my North Devon studio, hand carving from wax (and incorporating gemstones if desired). It will then be cast in a metal of your choosing.
I work with ethical metals and gemstones and will advise on sourcing these and their cost. I also have a selection of gemstones in a variety of the colours in my studio you can incorporate with the design.
Timeframe: Typically, the entire process takes 2-10 weeks, depending on the design. If you have a particular date in mind, let me know.

To keep things totally transparent, your quote will include labour, metal costs, casting, finishing, gemstones as well as any additional services like engraving or gemstone sourcing.
If you already have the metal you’d prefer to use, this may increase the casting cost. I’m happy to discuss it in more detail when we talk.

Wedding ring in 9ct yellow gold: £400 - £900 depending on size and weight.
Plain rings in silver: from around £200
9ct Gold Engagement rings, cocktail rings, and more complex designs with gemstones: Around £1100
