Signet Ring

Signet Ring

£275.00

Traditionally worn on the pinky finger of your non-dominant hand signet rings originate from the French signét for ‘small seal’ and the Latin signetum meaning ‘sign.’

As a contemporary ring my interpretation of signet is abstract, more imaginative. Not constrained by functionality the ring become more of an expression of our aesthetic. I'm drawn to its unique representation of ring as a trace. As an object that holds history, which carry physical trace of life on its surface. Objects can become symbols, relics of our personal story. Connection to ourselves, others, the world around us.

Handcrafted, textured adorned with ethically sourced teal and blue unheated and untreated Australian sapphires.

Modern and sculptural.

Beautiful contemporary signet ring, a gift to yourself or a loved one.
